Platform Data Use and Privacy Notice

To provide, maintain, improve, and manage the platform services, the platform may, within the necessary scope, collect, process, and use user data, including but not limited to account data, contact information, login records, payment records, usage records, input prompts, uploaded materials, generation records, download records, operational behavior, and customer-service records.

The platform will handle user data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and related laws, and will take reasonable security measures to protect data security.

Users understand and agree that the platform may use relevant data within the following purposes:

1. Providing AI image generation and account services.
2. Processing payments, plan management, customer-service contact, and system notifications.
3. Maintaining platform security and preventing abuse, fraud, infringement, or unlawful conduct.
4. Conducting service-quality analysis, error troubleshooting, feature optimization, and user-experience improvement.
5. Providing necessary data in response to lawful requests from laws, competent authorities, judicial bodies, or rights holders.

Except as otherwise required by law, with the user’s consent, or as necessary to provide the service, the platform will not arbitrarily disclose to outside parties any non-public uploaded materials, generated content, or personal data of the user.

If a user wishes to query, access, correct, delete, or stop the use of their personal data, they may apply through the contact method announced by the platform.

Children's Privacy

The platform is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
